Shipping costs:   All online orders are a FLAT RATE OF $5.00 per order shipped by USPS Priority Mail  within the United States. This price includes packaging and delivery confirmation. All addresses that ship USPS must be a confirmed address that can be entered in the USPS system or your order may be delayed.

Please note: Some [not all] custom orders, such as custom cut F-Track, and larger bulk items that can not be shipped via our flat rate $5 Priority Mail service will incur additional ship charges. 

Delivery: We strive to ship all orders placed with us within two business days, most shipments leave within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.  The average travel time for our items are approximately 1-3 business days to reach their final destination once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Florida Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to a Florida address. On the order confirmation page you can always see the total charges prior to checkout.  

Payment information: We gladly accept Credit cards, PayPal, Money orders, business and personal checks made out to WindStorm Products.
