Shipping costs:   All online orders are a FLAT RATE OF $5.00 per order shipped by USPS Priority Mail  within the fifty United States. This price includes packaging and delivery confirmation. All addresses that ship USPS must be a confirmed address that can be entered in the USPS online system or your order may be delayed.

Delivery time: We strive to ship all orders placed with us within one to two business days, most shipments leave within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.  The average travel time for our items are approximately 2-3 business days to reach their final destination once the shipment leaves our warehouse. 

Delivery Area: We currently ship USPS Priority Mail everywhere in the United States. Please email us prior to purchase for any questions or changes that need to be accommodated. We are here to help. 

Please note: Flat rate $5 Priority mail service does not apply to custom orders.  Small light orders may ship first class USPS

Florida Sales tax: Is collected on all orders shipped to a Florida address. On the order confirmation page you can always see the total charges prior to checkout.  

Payment information: We gladly accept Credit cards, PayPal, Money orders, business and personal checks made out to WindStorm Products, LLC. 

Shipping to an address different than your billing address?
If you choose to ship to an address different than your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm the address to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.
