Return Policy:
- Stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in original packaging, with shipping pre-paid to our location.
- A 10% return handling fee applies to all returns within the 30-day window.
- Returns received more than 30 days after purchase are subject to a 20% handling fee and must be pre-paid.
- No returns are accepted beyond 90 days from the purchase date.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Special orders and custom items are non-returnable.
- We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
